The short film Triton is a tale set in a troubled fishing village, focusing on the lives of Jacobus Junior, Doris, and Doris’s nephew. In this tense and enigmatic environment, Jacobus Junior is neglected by his parents and seeks solace with his neighbor, Doris, due to the lack of comfort at home. However, Doris is entangled in her family’s shady fishing business—something everyone knows about but no one fully comprehends.
